The new lock screw robot on the basis of the original, strengthen the function of system calibration, high precision products used for error correction processing and assembly, to match the CCD application, saves the user to point, promote the intelligent application; In the case of frequent cross-use of products, the storage function of "menu" is added, and the original 8 formulas are expanded into an infinite formula (memory size decision); For the customer experience and application, the second development function and I/O port expansion function are opened. At the same time, it is optimized in structure, which is characterized by high efficiency, fast, stable and accurate.

At the same time, our company has added vacuum adsorption and new-type blowing air based on the original magnetic suction type and falling material type, which has been expanded to 4 kinds by the original two feeding methods. The new generation of locking screw robot is more stable and more efficient in performance. For different products, we have developed different types of lock screw robots, up to 8 kinds. At the same time, different automatic locking screw integration schemes are designed for different application scenarios.
