    由于安装不当,谐波減速器在运转时可能发生振动、异常响声、甚至损坏等。谐波减速器如何正确安装？BCS系列谐波減速器有两种安装方式A和B。 

1、BCS系列安装方式一A：

安装注意事项/Installation notes

1.安装前确认安装板平面度是否良好,确认螺丝孔周边有无凸起和异物
Ensure the flatness of the mounting plate before installation, confirm whether thereisanybulgeandforeign bodyaround thescrewhole

2.组装时要避免向波发生器軸承部位施加过渡的外力,可以通过使波发生器旋转的方式顺畅插入柔轮
When assembling, to avoid the external force applied to the bearing part of the wave generator, and can be smoothly inserted into the flexible bythe rotation of the wave generator:

3.使用非十字滑块的联軸节结构时 , 特别注意控制安装位置的形位精度 ( 建议在0.01~0.015mm内)
The coupling structure using non cross slider, pay special attention to control the position accuracy of installation position(recommended in 0.01~0.015mm)
